摘    要:检测了吸水饱和后的发菜原植体,在不同干燥时间下海藻糖及蔗糖的含量变化,研究表明:发菜原植体中有海藻糖、蔗糖存在.尽管发菜原植体内海藻糖含量略低于蔗糖含量,但海藻糖含量在干旱胁迫初期便迅速升高,之后一直保持较高水平,这与发菜中蔗糖含量变化趋势相同.所以在干旱胁迫时,海藻糖和蔗糖都可能对原植体有保护作用,海藻糖很可能是发菜适应极端环境的重要保护因子之一.

Abstract:The results indicated that Nostoc flagelliforme contained trehalose and sucrose. The content of trehalose first rapidly increased concordantly with the extending of desiccation time and then kept constantly at the late stage of the treatment. The contents of sucrose in N. flagelliforme always kept higher than those of trehalose and showed similar kinetics trend to those of trehalose under desiccation treatment. Both sucrose and trehalose protected the thallus of N. flagelliforme in aridity stress. Trehalose could be one of protective factors of N. flagelliforme for adaptation to extreme environment.
