纳米氧化石墨烯在肿瘤显像和治疗领域的研究进展

摘    要:纳米氧化石墨烯,即石墨烯的氧化衍生物,作为一种新型二维的碳纳米材料,具有超大的比表面积和优异的光热效果等性质,已成为纳米医学领域中备受关注的研究热点.它含有大量的活性化学基团,比如羧基、羰基、羟基和环氧基等,既容易对其进行生物化学功能化,又使其具有很好的生物相容性,因此在生物医学领域中表现出很强的应用潜能.首先简要概述了纳米氧化石墨烯的制备与功能化方法,然后重点介绍它在生物医学领域的应用研究,包括其体内外毒性测试和肿瘤显像与治疗方面的研究进展.

Abstract:Nanographene oxide,one of graphene oxide derivatives and a novel two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial,has become a popular research topic in nanomedicine due to its unique properties such as ultra-high surface-to-volume ratio and great photo-thermal effect.It contains a large amount of reactive chemical groups,including carboxy group,carbonyl group,hydroxyl group and epoxy group,which enable its easy biological and chemical functionalization and excellent biocompatibility.Therefore,it has potential applications in biomedical field.This paper briefly describes the preparation and functionalization of nanographeme oxide,and then mainly focuses on its application studies in the biomedical field,including in vitro and in vivo toxicity tests and advanced research progress of tumor imaging and treatment.
