阿特拉津和乙基对氧磷在功能化的金纳米通道中迁移特性研究

摘    要:以金纳米通道膜为载体膜,采用戊二醛交联法在金通道内壁修饰阿特拉津抗体,基于阿特拉津与阿特拉津抗体之间的免疫反应,实现了阿特拉津与乙基对氧磷的分离.考察了金纳米通道孔径、底液pH值及缓冲液离子强度对阿特拉津与乙基对氧磷的分离的影响.在最佳实验条件下,乙基对氧磷及阿特拉津的分离度为1.68.

Abstract:A capture antibody,atrazine-antibody,was modified onto the inner wall of Au nanotubules by glutaraldehyde interlinking method.Atrazine and paraoxon were separated by the nanotubule membrane based on the immunoreaction between atrazine-antibody and atrazine.The effects of nanotubule pore sizes,pH and ionic strength on the separation of atrazine and paraoxon were investigated.Under the optimum conditions,the separation efficiency was determined as 1.68.
