总蛋白含量不同的水稻品种谷蛋白含量分析及Gt1启动子序列比较

选取3种总蛋白含量差异较大的水稻为材料，在分析其谷蛋白含量的基础上，克隆它们的Gt1启动子，并采用vector NTI软件对这3个Gt1启动子序列进行比较．结果显示，在不同总蛋白和谷蛋白含量的水稻品种中，Gt1谷蛋白基因启动子是有差异的．

Analysis on glutelin contents and comparison of the sequence of Gt1 promoters among the rice cultivars containing different total protein

In order to know whether there were differences among three glutelin Gtl ( one of the most important glutelin) promoter sequences,which were obtained from three rice cultivars, three Gtl promoters were cloned and their sequences were compared by vector NTI software after the glutelin contents in their seeds were analyzed. The result indicated that the Gtl promoters sequences from the rice cultivars containing different total protein were different. This research laid the foundations of studying the corresponding relation between the Gtl promoters sequences and Gtl glutelin contents, and of selecting powerful expressing Gtl promoters.
