苦草种植水对藻类生长的影响

摘    要:在实验室条件下,给子充足的营养、最适的光照和温度,用种植相同或不同生物量苦草的水配成不同浓度的试验液,培养羊角月牙藻和斜生栅藻.随着苦草生物量或种植水浓度的增加,两种藻的生长均递减.表明苦草种植水中含有对藻类生长产生抑制作用的物质,而且,苦草生物量和种植水浓度越大,抑制作用也越大.

Abstract:The algae species, Selenastrum capricornutum or Scened esmus obliquus, were separately cultured with enough nutrient, optimal light and favorable temperature in the solutions with different volume of liquor cultured V. spiralis with identical or different biomass. The results showed that the cell-density of S capricornutum or S. obliquus decreased with the increase of the liquorconcentration or the biomass of V. spiralis. This indicated that the liquor contained some substances which could inhibit growth of algae, the more the biomass and the higher the liquor concentration , the more the inhibitory effect.
