| 摘 要： | 建设生态城市是城市发展的未来方向，而生态城市规划则是生态城市建设的起点，因此在规划中需要优先考虑城市经营成本问题、人力资源转化问题、区域生态安全问题和增长空间控制问题；同时也要将构筑可持续发展度量体系、建立以循环经济为主导的循环型社会体系和建立近自然的城市生态系统结构等具体的内容统筹规划，从而使城市的生态设计建立在理性分析的基础上．

| Abstract: | Eco- city is the future model of city development, and city planning is the basic work in constructing it. During the planning, such problems as running expenses, transforming manpower resource, territorial ecological safeguard and controlling outspread space must primarily be analyzed, and the content of building sustainable measurement system as well as circulative society and natural city ecologic system should also be includeed in the planning , and then the eco - city planning was based rationally thereby. |
