极谱型溶解氧测定仪膜电极的研究

摘    要:本文研究和改进了溶解氧测定仪膜电极的结构,提高了测定的响应速度,减小了残余电流。对电解液的浓度、pH 值和防渗漏现象等进行了深入的研究,采用0.5mol·1~(-1)KCl,硼砂缓冲对和20%1.2——丙二醇的电解液使电极的稳定性和使用寿命得到了改善。本文运用计算机运算技术对溶解氧膜电极进行了温度二次补偿,获得了满意的结果。仪器性能良好,使用方便。

Abstract:The structure of the membrane electrode for the dissolved oxygen meter has been studied and improved to obtain more rapid response and suppress the residual current. The concentration of electrolytic solution,pH value and leakage protection were studied in detail.The electrode was stabilized and its life time was prolonged by using the electrolytic solution containing 0.5mol 1~(-1) KCl,borax buffer and 20% of 1,2- propanediol. Double-compensation of temperature was carried out through computer program calculation with satisfactory results.
