黄腺雨蕨的配子体发育

摘    要:在人工条件下对我国产黄腺雨蕨(Pleocnemia winitii Holtt.)配子体发育进行了观察.结果表明:黄腺雨蕨的孢子为两面体型,两侧对称,极面观为椭圆形,赤道面观为半圆形或超半圆形,周壁具翅状褶皱;孢子萌发为书带蕨型;原叶体发育为三叉蕨型,成熟原叶体为对称的心脏形.该研究试图为蕨类植物的系统分类积累资料.

Abstract:The gametophyte development ofPleocnemia winitii Holtt. from china was observed under artificial culture in this paper. The results show that the spore ofPleocnemia winitii Holtt. is bilaterally symmetric, elliptic in polar view, semicircle or super-semicircle in equatorial view, the Alate is formed by the perispore. The pattern of spore germination is of Vittaria-type. The prothallial development is of Aspidium-type. The developed prothallial is cordiform. It provides some information for system classification of pteridophyte.
