三维双极欧拉泊松方程解的逐点估计

摘    要:主要研究半导体器件和等离子体中一类三维双极欧拉泊松方程.当初值是一个定常状态附近的小扰动时,通过对格林函数的分析和对应的能量估计,给出了初边值问题的光滑解的逐点估计;其次,也得到了解的最佳Lp衰减率.

Abstract:We discuss the three-dimensional bipolar Euler-Poisson equation from semiconductor devices and plasmas.From the analysis of Green function and the elaborate energy estimates,we show the pointwise estimates for the smooth solutions of the initial value problem when the initial data are small perturbations around the constant state.Then we obtain the optimal L p(R3) convergence rate of the solutions.
