| 摘 要： | 本文应用空气干燥法制备了三种复殖吸虫精原细胞的中期染色体,并对它们的染色体组型进行了分析。蛙巨盘吸虫染色体数目为2n=20,其核型组成为8m+2sm;南昌舐血吸虫染色体数目为2n=22,其核型组成为7m+2sm+1st;灼鹬窄体吸虫染色体数目为2n=22,其核型为3m+7st+1t。

| Abstract: | The karyotypes of three species of digeneans belonging three families were stu- died through the chromosome metaphases prepared from spermatogenous cells by the air-drying technique.Gigantodiscum ranae had 20 chromosomes in diploid nu- mber,Its karyotype comprised 8 pairs of metacentrics(m)and 2 pairs of subme- tacentrics(sm).Haematoloechus nanchangensis possessed chromosomes of 2n=22. There were 7 pairs of metacentrics(m),3 pairs of submetacentrics(sm)and one pair of subtelocentrics(st)in its karyotype.The diploid number of Lyperosomum kronschenpi was also 22 and had a chromosome formula of N=+3m+7st+1t, Some problems concerning the cytotaxonomy and phylogenetic relationships in Trematoda were discussed. |
