| 摘 要： | TOD模式是以快速交通为导向,促使中心城区部分功能向郊区转移的城市发展模式.它所强调结构紧凑、混合高效性的土地利用方式,正是解决目前大城市可持续发展的关键.分析了TOD模式引导下2号线沿线居住环境,将其划分为商务商业主导型和产业园区配套型以及纯功能居住型.并认为2号线沿线的居住环境存在着功能不够整合,中心城区过度集聚,郊区吸引力不足分析等问题,并提出了相对的对策建议.
