船用涡轮增压器轴强度的有限元分析

摘    要:应用大型通用有限元分析软件Ansys,对船用涡轮增压器轴进行强度分析.取最大扭矩工况作为该轴计算工况,对其载荷进行计算,通过实体建模、有限元求解,分析其在最大扭矩工况下不同截面上的应力分布情况.计算结果表明:涡轮增压器轴满足强度条件,为该轴的安全工作提供可靠的理论依据.

Abstract:An intensity analysis was carried out to the ship turbocharger shaft with Ansys and a large-sized general-purpose finite element analysis software.Maximum torque operation mode was chosen as the calculation operation mode to calculate the shaft load.By solid modeling,finite element solving,the stress distribution under the maximum torque operation mode and on different sections were analysed.The results showed,the intensity requirement of ship turbocharger shaft was met,which can provide effective theoretical guidance for the shaft running safely.
