摘    要:在故障模式影响分析方法的应用过程中,其风险顺序数值在经济性上不能完全代表风险优先顺序,而且不适用于系统整体评估.应用模糊数学中的加权方法对故障模式影响分析方法进行改进,并以喷水推进器液压系统安全评估为例对故障模式影响分析方法的整体性改进进行详尽说明.结果表明,评估对象安全可靠.通过对各子系统风险顺序数进行改进,故障模式影响分析方法在综合评价系统过程中,更趋于经济性与整体性,使评估过程更加科学合理.

Abstract:Risk priority number in application of failure modes and effects analysis method gives inconsistent priorities with respect to expected-cost,and it is not applicable to assess a system integrally,so it is not exact for making design decisions.The paper amended risk priority number by the weighted method from fuzzy sets,and then applied it to evaluate water jet hydraulic system as a case study in detail.The result indicated the object working in perfect condition.Through amending risk priority number with regard to expected-cost and integrity,failure modes and effects analysis process becomes more scientific and applicable.
