基于瞬时转速信号的柴油机故障诊断

摘    要:为快速、准确地判断柴油机燃烧故障,通过对柴油机曲柄飞轮系统的动力学分析,建立基于动力学模型和扭矩波动的柴油机转速波动信号检测柴油机异常燃烧的方法,提出特征参数I.对4108YC型机不同情况的模拟计算可以看出,特征参数I能够准确判断故障气缸的位置以及漏油故障程度,各故障气缸的相位差约为180°,正好和发火间隔角相同,而且特征参数曲线发生故障部分的顺序与发火顺序相同.实例计算证明,利用瞬时转速进行故障诊断,即可以利用各个气缸对应的特征参数相互比较来判定,无需大量原始数据的积累,且故障判据的可移植性好.

Abstract:To detect the abnormal combustion of diesel engine quickly and properly,the method was developed for abnormal combustion detecting by the speed fluctuation signals based on the dynamic model and the fluctuation of torque respectively.A parameter I was defined as a reference to diagnose the abnormal combustion.The parameter I can be used in different situations based on the simulation result of 4108YC engine,and can also ascertain the locality of the fault cylinder,even more the approximate extent of the oil...
