基于结构应力法的焊接结构优化设计

摘    要:基于结构应力法,综合考虑焊接结构焊缝疲劳寿命和结构变形为约束条件,构建多学科优化设计模型.算例显示,利用本文构建的优化模型,在满足寿命约束和变形约束条件下,可以实现多学科约束焊接结构的优化设计.

Abstract:A multidisciplinary optimization model was established based on structural stress method,which considered comprehensively both weld fatigue life and structural deformation as constraint conditions.Numerical results show that the multidisciplinary constraints optimization design of welding structure can be realized by using the proposed method meeting both the life and deformation constraints.
