摘    要:为提高散装货船的安全性,基于国际船级社协会(IACS)统一要求S25提出的每一货舱及相邻两货舱载货量限额与吃水的函数关系校核散货船局部强度的要求,根据IACS URS25提供的对于局部强度校核的设计装载工况,分别建立散货船航行状态及其在港内装/卸货状态下货舱载重量限额与吃水的函数,并结合实船绘制了货舱载货量限额与吃水的函数关系曲线,验证了所建立的函数关系的正确性.通过实船计算,分析了IACS URS25生效对散货船强度控制的影响,提出了航海员需要注意的问题,旨在提醒并指导航海人员遵照国际规则IACS URS25加强散货船强度控制,减小营运中存在的风险.
