| Abstract: | This paper cited a real salvage case as an example,and introduced the concept of maritime compulsory salvage,distin- guished its characters from the traditional salvage concepts and pointed out its constitute requirements.The paper emphasizes the necessities of maritime compulsory salvage in the modern ad- ministration for the country and gives some short-term and long- term suggestions both in theory and in practice. |
