雷诺气体润滑方程的适用范围

摘    要:就前人对可压缩雷诺方程基本假设适用范围的研究结果进行了归纳,指出常规亚音速气体轴承在正常的工作气膜间隙下,雷诺方程的基本假设是成立的.但供气孔、节流气腔以及气膜中可能出现的边界层发展区、超音速区的气体流动则并不满足雷诺方程.

Abstract:A review was given on the application range study of the basis assumptions of Reynolds' equation in gas lubrication.It was shown that the basis assumptions were proper in condition of gas bearing working with usual film height and subsonic velocity of flow.However the assumptions were not applicable in supply hole,recess,development region of boundary layer and supersonic area of gas bearing.
