| 摘 要： | 通过对本问题的系统分析,选择和确定定性指标,然后将定性指标定量化,根据文献构造了多阶段决策模型,提出了应用动态规划(DP)方法和层次分析法(AHP)解决这一多阶段的决策问题,以确定最优的策略.
