摘    要:为探究非轴对称弯掠静叶在压气机中应用的可行性以及弯掠静叶参数对畸变流场的改善效果,以扇形叶栅试验件为研究对象,采用计算数值模拟方法,研究非轴对称弯掠静叶几何参数对畸变流场的影响.在受进口畸变影响较为严重的位置,设置正弯、反弯、前掠、后掠静叶,构成不同非轴对称静叶造型方案,探究其对静叶流场的改善.结果表明:最佳反弯方案Nbow-0.5-10可使流场损失减小2.75%;前掠对于根部损失可起到较好的抑制作用;后掠对根部损失改善效果略逊于前掠,但有利于减小主流区的损失.

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of the application of non-axisymmetric bowed and swept stator blades in compressor and the improvement effect of the parameters of the bowed and swept stator blades on the distorted flow field,this paper took the sector cascade test piece as the research object to study the influence of geometric parameters of non-axisymmetric bowed and swept stator blades on distorted flow field by using the numerical simulation method.The positive bowed,negative bowed,forward swept and backward swept stator blades were set in the position seriously affected by inlet distortion to form different non-axisymmetric stator blade modeling schemes,and explore the improvement of stator blade flow field.The results show that Nbow-0.5-10 can reduce the flow field loss by 2.75%,forward sweep has a better inhibitory effect on total pressure loss,while backward sweep has a slightly less effective effect on total pressure loss than forward sweep,but it is beneficial to reduce the loss in the main flow.
