静压气体球轴承承载力的三维计算方法

摘    要:为研究环面节流静压气体球轴承的承载力特性,提出一种基于三维模型的计算方法.应用非结构同位网格技术对轴承进行网格划分,采用有限体积法对三维稳态可压缩N-S方程进行离散,将适用于可压缩流体的改进的SIMPLE算法应用于离散方程的求解.实验表明,该方法的计算结果与二维有限元法计算结果及实验数据相符,证明算法是有效的.

Abstract:A calculation method based on three-dimensional model was developed to study the load bearing characteristics of externally pressurized spherical gas bearings with inherent compensation.Grid generation was performed in bearing by using unstructured colocated grid technology.The finite volume method was used to disperse the three-dimensional steady compressible N-S equations,and the improved SIMPLE algorithm which is applicable for compressible fluid was used to solve the discrete equations.Tests show that the results of the proposed method match well with that of two-dimensional finite element method,which prove the reliability of the proposed method.
