摘    要:提出一种新的自适应时频分析方法——局域波法.结合仿真信号与故障检测信号进行分析研究,提出一种新的机械故障诊断方法并将其成功地应用到齿轮箱故障诊断中.振动信号能量在局域波时频分布中的变化,是局域波法诊断齿轮磨损故障的特征.诊断结果表明,局域波时频分析为齿轮磨损故障诊断提供了一种更为有效的手段,在故障诊断工程中具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:A new adaptive time-frequency analysis method, i.e. local wave time-frequency distribution, is put forward. Based on its good features on both time-domain and frequency-domain, A simulating example and experimental examples illustrate that a true time-frequency representation of a signal can be obtained. The proposed method is applied to the fault diagnosis of gearbox-case, and a new gear worn-out fault diagnosis method is presented. The energy variation of vibration signals is the features of gearbox-case fault diagnosis. The result shows that Local wave time-frequency analysis method is a very effective means and has the broad application prospect in the domain of fault diagnosis.
