摘    要:为研究石油降解菌对海上溢油污染的降解能力,从大连石化隔油池污水中分离、纯化出一株以柴油为唯一碳源的石油降解菌DW-1.生理生化试验和16S rDNA序列分析结果表明,该菌株为假单胞菌Pseudomonassp.正交试验结果表明,该菌株最适宜生长条件为pH=8.5、盐度为30、氮磷比为10∶1.油培养基质量浓度为3 g/L时,将菌龄为48 h的细菌进行接种,平均除油率在70%左右,最高可达80.32%.海水培养基中絮状物特征表明,该菌株具有应用于海洋石油污染治理的潜质.

Abstract:A crude oil degrading strain DW-1 with diesel oil as sole carbon was isolated from oil-polluted wastewater to investigate the degradation capability of crude oil degrading strains.The strain was identified as Pseudomonas sp.by physiology biochemistry experiment and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis.The orthogonal factorial experiment shows that the optimal growing condition of the strain was concluded: pH 8.5,salinity 30 and ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus 10:1.The strain DW-1 cultivated for 48 h was inoculated into oil media which mass concentration is 3 g/L.The degradation rate of the strain DW1 to the oil media is 70%,and the highest degradation rate is 80.32%.The characteristics of floccule in seawater medium indicate that the strain can be used in marine oil pollution control.
