摘    要:为研究旋转气流对液体射流分裂与雾化的影响,建立了旋转气流中的空心柱形黏性液体射流三维模型,对气流旋转强度在射流分裂与雾化的作用进行分析计算.结果表明,低速射流的分裂破碎机理与高速射流的雾化机理不同.在低速射流中,内部气流旋转强度对射流的稳定性影响不大,但外部气流旋转强度却起着稳定性的作用;在高速射流过程中,内部气流旋转强度始终起着不稳定性的作用,而外部气流旋转强度对轴对称扰动的影响不大,但对非轴对称扰动均起着不稳定性的作用.

Abstract:A 3-dimensional model of the viscous annular liquid jets in the swirling gas was developed to research the effects of gas stream swirls on the breakup and atomization of annular liquid jets.The actions of gas swirling intensity on the instability of the jets were analyzed.The results show that there exist some difference between the low-speed liquid jet and the high-speed jet.For the low-speed annular liquid jet,the inner gas swirling has no effect on the stability of the jets,while the outer gas stream rotation is stabilizing and reduces the instability of annular liquid jets.For the high-speed annular liquid jet,the inner gas swirling intensity always increases the instability of the annular liquid jets,but the outer gas has little effect on the axisymmetric disturbance and strongly promote the nonaxisymmetric disturbance.
