| 摘 要： | 分析现代第三方物流的特点,并从功能、客户服务和稳定性等三个方面构建全面的评价和选择现代第三方物流供应商的指标体系;采用层次分析法确定各专家组成员以及评价指标体系各级指标的权重;详细阐述集成层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法选择现代第三方物流供应商的步骤;最后,通过算例说明方法的科学性和合理性.

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of modern third-party logistics,this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system including function index,customer service index and stability index.On the basis of calculating the weights of the experts and evaluation index by analytical hierarchy process,this paper proposed the steps of choosing the most appropriate modern third-party logistics provider by analytical hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in detail.Finally,an application example is given to show the validity of the method. |
