| 摘 要： | 社会经济的发展将引起小城镇土地级别和地价发生变化.文章针对小城镇基准地价更新评估中遇到的各种问题,对小城镇土地定级估价更新工作中涉及的许多方面进行了探讨,包括土地级别调整、基准地价体系、基准地价更新和基准地价修正体系等等,目的在于探索实用的、简便的、可操作性强的小城镇基准地价更新方法体系. |

| Abstract: | The land grading and price can change with the national economy development.In view of the existing problems about remedying standard land price in small towns,the article focuses on many aspects of land gradation and estimation renew in small towns,such as the adjustment of land grade,the bench-mark land price system,the remedying methods of bench-mark land price and the modification system of bench-mark land price etc.The purpose of the study is to set up a new simple and convenient scientific system for remedying standard land price in small towns. |
