| 摘 要： | 利用计算机随机生成足够样本的判断矩阵，计算出各种标度系统的平均随机一致性指标，最后通过对判断矩阵一致性指标的统计数字得出结论：用9／9—9／l标度系统建立的判断矩阵，其一致性最好。

| Abstract: | In this paper,enough samples of random judgement matrix were produced by using computer,then calculated the random index of various kinds of scale system.And last,came to a conclusion from the statistical figures of the judgement matrix's consistency index-the judgement matrix built in 9/9-9/1 scale system has the best consistency. |
