| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展和城市改造步伐的加快,许多城市都面临着旧城房屋拆迁问题.房屋拆迁牵涉到广大群众的切身利益,由此而引发的冲突也时有发生.该文从政策法规和评估技术两个角度,对冲突产生的原因进行比较全面的分析,并提出了解决冲突的建议.
