| 摘 要： | 为适应经济全球化及21世纪人才培养的需要,高师院校实施双语教学势在必行.该文分析了高师院 校双语教学的现状及必要性,结合高师院校特点,对双语教学模式、师资力量培养、学生接受水平的培养以及教师 待遇和评价机制的建立等问题进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | It is an inevitable trend that the higher normal university implements bilingual teaching in order to accommodate the development of global economic and the cultivatable goal in the 21st century. This paper analyses the precondition and necessity to administer bilingual teaching in higher normal university, and studies on the bilingual teaching model, cultivation of teachers, students' ability, treatment of teachers and construction of appreciation etc. |
