因地制宜选择适生树种绿化石山

石灰岩构成的石山区又称喀斯特地区,在广西分布的面积很广。全区裸露石山面积达４７２６０．８１ｋｍ２,占全区总面积的１９．９７％．石山区群峰林立,岩石裸露,石多土少,土地干旱缺水,生态环境不良,生产条件恶劣、因此,必须因地制宜地根据石山区当地不同的气候、地形和土壤等条件选择适生树种,进行造林绿化,改善石山区的生态环境和生产条件。

Afforesting the Rock-Mountain Area of Guangxi by Selection of the Suitable Growing Tree Species with Local Conditions

Rock-mountain areas formed limestone, or karst area, are widely dispersed over Guangxi. The area of the exposed rock-mountain has a square of 7 260.81 kilometres in the all region. It accounts for 19.97 per cent of the totel area of the region. In the rock-mountain area there is a forest of peaks. There the rock is exposed with more stones and less soil. The land is dry. The ecological environment bad, the conditions of production adverse. It is popularly called "nine shares stone and one share soil". Therefore we must afforest the rock-mountain area by selection of the suitable growing tree species with local conditions of different climate, land form, soils and so on to improve the ecological environment and the conditions of production of the rock-mountain area.
