| 摘 要： | 基准地价平衡是城镇基准地价评估的重要内容,深入研究基准地价平衡对实现土地的有效利用和土地市场的均衡发展具有重要的意义.该文从基准地价、基准地价平衡的概念与内涵入手,概括了区域基准地价平衡的研究进展以及主要采用的平衡方法,指出了基准地价平衡及相关研究的发展趋势,以期对我国基准地价研究和实现城镇基准地价平衡有所启迪.

| Abstract: | Balance of benchmark land price is an important part of the benchmark land price assessment in the city.It has great significance in the deep study of the benchmark premium balance of achieving effective use of land and the balanced development of the land market.This paper deals with the benchmark land price,the concept of the benchmark premium balance and connotation, sums up the progress in the regional benchmark premium balance and the balance methods used,showing that the benchmark premium balance and its development trend in the related research represent an inspiration in the premium on China's benchmark study and the achievement of balanced urban benchmark premium. |
