溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化锡的研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制得平均粒径为30nm的二氧化锡超微粉,并对最佳实验条件进行相关讨论.通过X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜等方法观察了二氧化锡纳米粉体的形貌、聚集状态.

Abstract:A Sol-gel method was employed to prepare nanocrystalline SnO_2 thin powders whose diameter is about 19.4 nm.Besides,this paper contains a discussion of the best condition for the above mentioned experiment.Configuration and the conglomeration of the thin powder are observed by XRD and TEM techniques.
