| 摘 要： | 比较我国运动队训练管理4种体制的特点，指出我国三级运动训练管理网络中效果最好的是实行综合管理体制和宣传教育方法。这应该成为我国高水平运动训练管理的模式和方法。

| Abstract: | The paper has taken a comparison of the four manage features of Chinese training management to standouts and their teams. It pointed out that a synthetically manage system is the best system among the three-level training manage net and the means of education is the best method to manage standouts and their teams. It should become the only management system of Chinese high tone sports training. |
