摘    要:本文从运动生理学的角度对足球运动的技术特点和供能方式进行了分析,认为足球比赛时间长、强度大,决定了其必须包括有氧和无氧供能系统,但这种高强度、短间歇、快速度的运动,更适应无氧代谢(磷酸原)供能系统。要结合足球运动的特点,采用形式多样的无氧训练手段来发展足球运动员的无氧氧化供能系统。

We bring up to want the characteristics of the combinative football sport, adopt the form variety to have no the oxygen to train the means to develop the having of football athlete the oxygen to oxidize to provide can system.
