摘    要:为了探讨外周动脉疾病运动受限的原因。从血流动力学的改变、气体交换率的下降、骨骼肌线粒体功能失调所致的生化改变、氧化压力以及骨骼肌类型的改变五个角度出发阐述了外周动脉疾病患者运动能力受限的具体改变机制,为今后的治疗方案对骨骼肌功能的改善提供依据。

Abstract:In order to investigate the reasons of limits of movement of peripheral arterial disease.In this paper,the specific mechanism of limited exercise capacity in patients with peripheral arterial disease is described from hemodynamic changes,the decline in gas exchange rate,biochemical changes and oxidative stress caused by skeletal muscle mitochondrial dysfunction,and changes in skeletal muscle type.It will provide the basis for the future treatment in improvement of skeletal muscle function.
