| 摘 要： | 篮球意识是比赛中指导正确行动的“活的灵魂”,缺乏意识的支配和指导,技战术在篮球竞赛中就不可能发挥到极至,必须加强对青少年篮球运动员篮球意识的积极培养。通过若干途径和方法,培养青少年篮球运动员正确的篮球意识,才能为比赛中技战术的发挥奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Basketball consciousness is the live soul which instructs the correct basketball activity in the competition, lacking the instruction of the consciousness, athlete's technique and tactics is impossible to reach the greatest potential level in the basketball practice. Through the following certain ways and method in the passage, the young basketball athlete's correct basketball consciousness are able to cultivated, and the technique and tactics of competition give a full play by laying such good foundation. |
