体育院校创新创业型人才培养体系的探索与实践

创新创业教育已经成为现代大学的一个重要任务。开展创新创业教育不仅能够提升高等教育品质，而且也是大学开展社会服务的重要基础。体育院校在创新创业教育各个方面还有待完善，特别是在人才培养体系方面还没有建立明确的、系统的模式，因此，本研究采用逻辑分析方法，从目标体系、课程体系、实践体系、保障体系和评估体系五个方面构建了体育院校创新创业教育人才培养体系，并探索了创新创业教育人才培养体系的实践路径。

A Training System for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent at Sports Colleges and Universities： Exploration and Practice

Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important task of the modern colleges and universities. It is not only able to enhance the quality of higher education, but also an important foundation for social services offered by the university. Sports colleges and universities still have big room to improve, especially in personnel training system, which has not yet established a definite and systematic model. This study constructed an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system for sports colleges, which comprises the target system, curriculum system, practice system, security system and evaluation system. It also explored ways to implement thetraining system.
