游泳对健康体适能作用的研究进展

摘    要:科学的锻炼有益于健康,其本质是锻炼改善了体适能水平,增进了人体对环境的适应能力。采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等围绕游泳对健康体适能影响的五个方面(心肺机能、肌力及耐力、柔韧素质、身体成分、神经肌肉的松弛)探讨游泳体适能的研究进展,旨在为体质监测和游泳科学健身提供一定的理论指导。

Abstract:The health benefits of exercise science,its essence is to exercise to improve fitness levels,increasing the body's ability to adapt to the environment.In this paper,literature,logic and France around the swimming on physical fitness of the five areas(cardio-pulmonary function,muscle strength and endurance,flexibility,quality,body composition,neuromuscular relaxation) to explore the fitness of swimming progress To monitor and swimming for physical fitness to provide a scientific theoretical guidance.
