| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,对盐城市社会体育指导员的现状进行了调查研究,分析了影响社会体育指导员指导的主要因素：队伍等级不合理;市场意识薄弱;管理不完善等。并提出完善盐城市社会体育指导员队伍建设的建议：加大社会体育指导员培训力度;重视为乡镇培训社会体育指导员;发挥现有社会体育指导员作用;加强对社会体育指导员培训的宣传。

The maior factors of affecting the social sports instructors was provided, and suggestion for improving the construction of social sports instructors in Yancheng is referred. |
