| 摘 要： | 随机将96例患者分为观察组与对照组,观察组除内服活血祛瘀药等常规治疗外,还给予活血止痛膏外敷;对照组只予以内服活血祛瘀药等常规治疗。观察活血止痛膏治疗运动员急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效,并总结其护理要点。观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性。结论活血止痛膏外敷及良好的护理方法能显著改善急性踝关节扭伤的疗效。
