少儿游泳男选手强化水感训练实验及其效应的研究

摘    要:将南京市玄武区32名少儿男游泳运动员,随机分成2组(实验组和对照组)进行训练,实验组采用强化水感游泳训练,对照组采用常规游泳训练。通过40h的训练时数后,分别对2组运动员的游泳成绩进行测试,并进行分析对比,发现实验组游泳运动成绩以及技能掌握明显优于对照组,说明强化水感训练方法能更有效地提高少儿男运动员的游泳成绩和技能水平。

Abstract:By randomly dividing 32 students of General Swimming classes in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education into two groups:the experimental group and control group,we conducted teaching experiment to two groups,which the experimental group used strengthened water feeling teaching method,And control group used conventional teaching methods.After 40 lessons of swimming teaching,we respectively test results of two groups,and compare and analysis results of two groups,only to find that the results of the experimental group are better than control group,which indicate that enhanced respiratory teaching methods are effective in improving performance of girls in the water.
