| 摘 要： | 高校部分学生由于伤病或功能性障碍等原因，影响其参与体育活动，甚至与体育活动绝缘，从而身体素质每况愈下。针对这一特殊群体，希望在体育教学过程中，通过改革教学内容、方法，加强健康教育，同时重视伤病的预防处理，让其身心愉快地投入体育锻炼中。

| Abstract: | Some students cannot take part in physical exercise because of hurts, diseases or functional barrier. This makes them weaker and weaker. In order to let them plunge into sports exercise actively, some methods, such as reforming teaching content, methods and raising basic quality of teachers, reinforcing health education to prevent them from injuries or harms, should be carried out. |
