人本主义视野下体育院校管理中学生地位分析

通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法从人本主义视角针对体育院校学生表现出来的生理、心理和思想上的独特性,分析体育院校管理中学生主体地位的弱化表现：学生话语权的事实缺失;权力群体的责任划分;学生综合能力培养的欠缺。并据此提出该群体在管理中的应有地位,包括：1）始终成为学校管理方针的首要考虑因素;2）参与管理的话语表达途径的扩展;3）成为管理工作中外在因素的完善的中心点,以期对该类院校学生管理工作的完善有所裨益。
