刍议不同性别高职学院学生体育态度与行为的分析——以江苏海事职业技术学院学生为例

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法,对江苏海事职业技术学院学生进行了关于体育态度与健康行为有关的调查,结果表明:男女生对待体育的态度和参与体育活动的情况差异比较明显,男生的体育学习态度和体育活动参与远远好于女生;提出了加强学生的体育意识,尤其积极加强女生的体育意识,促进学生转变不良的体育学习态度,养成良好的锻炼习惯,为终身体育打下坚实的基础。

Discussion on the Gender Difference in Higher Vocational College Students＇ Sports Attitude and Behavior analysis——Taking Jiangsu Maritime Institute Students as an Example

By means of questionnaire,literature and statistics,the Jiangsu Maritime Institute students conducted on sports attitude and behavior about health survey,the results show that: students towards sports attitude and sports activities situation difference is more apparent,boys’ sports attitude and physical activity participation is far better than the girls;put forward to strengthen the students’ sports consciousness,especially strengthen the girls’ sports consciousness,promote students to change bad sports learning attitude,form a good habit of physical exercise,to lay a solid foundation for lifelong sports.
