| 摘 要： | 如今的射箭比赛已不是运动员之间简单的体力、技术和战术的比赛,而是运动员的聪明才智和教练员的训练方法和教学艺术的竞争。本文在分析射箭技术动作技能形成的生理机制的基础上,提出射箭技术训练的方法步骤。
