摘    要:目的:观察大鼠在不同时间水环境应激过程中下丘脑、纹状体5-羟色胺(5-HT)及其代谢产物5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HMA)含量的变化,分析5-HT含量变化与水环境之间的关系。方法:分别测定安静组、一次水环境组和长期水环境组大鼠8周后下丘脑、纹状体中5-HT和5-mAA含量。结果:长期水环境组大鼠下丘脑5-HT含量显著高于安静组(P〈0.05),一次水环境组大鼠纹状体5-mAA含量显著高于安静组(P〈O.05),其余各组间无显著性差异,但水环境的影响可使上述指标较安静组有增高的趋势。结论:水环境刺激可使大鼠下丘脑、纹状体中的抑制性神经递质5-HT及其代谢产物的含量增加,使机体处于中枢抑制状态。

Abstract:Objective, To explore the relationship between the changes of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) concentration and the water circumstances, this research observed changes of 5-HT and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) concentrations in rat corpus striatum and hypothalamus when they were in different time's water circumstances. Methods, The contents of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in rat corpus striatum and hypothalamus had been measured separately in the sedentary group, once water circumstance group and long term water circumstance group after 8 weeks. Results, The levels of 5-HT in rat hypothalamus of long term water circumstance group were higher than sedentary group(P<0.05), the levels of 5-HIAA in rat corpus striatum of once water circumstance group were higher than sedentary group(P<0.05), then there is no difference between the rest groups, but under the effects of water circumstance, the levels of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in the sedentary group were a little lower than the other two groups. Conclusions, The increase of inhibited neurotransmitter 5-HT and 5-HIAA concentrations in rat corpus striatum and hypothalamus was caused by water circumstances, which induced the central inhibition.
