亚高原训练对男子自由式摔跤运动员有氧能力的影响

摘    要:目的:分析自由式摔跤运动员亚高原训练中血液生化及有氧能力变化特征,探讨亚高原训练对自由式摔跤运动员有氧能力的影响,并提出亚高原训练对摔跤运动员有氧能力提高的不足之处。方法:对陕西省重竞技管理中心男子自由跤项目参加亚高原训练的13名运动员进行血液生化测试、最大摄氧量测试及肺活量测试。结果:(1)男子自由式摔跤运动员高原训练两周后与高原训练前相比,血色素水平非常显著性提高(P<0.01);(2)男子自由式摔跤运动员最大摄氧量通过8周的亚高原训练非常显著性提高(P<0.01),平均值提高10.3%;(3)男子自由式摔跤运动员最大通气量非显著性提高(P>0.05);(4)男子自由式摔跤运动员肺活量非显著性提高(P>0.05);(5)回到平原四周后,血色素水平显著性下降(P<0.05)。

Abstract:Objective: Freestyle Wrestling Altitude Training in the blood biochemical changes in aerobic capacity and features of mild altitude training on aerobic capacity of Freestyle Wrestling,and propose sub-altitude training on aerobic capacity improvements Wrestlers deficiencies.Methods: The Competitive weight management center in Shaanxi Province wrestle men free to participate in sub-altitude training program of 13 athletes for blood biochemistry test,maximum oxygen uptake test and lung capacity tests.Results:(1) Men’s Freestyle Wrestling two weeks after the altitude training and altitude training than before,hemoglobin levels,a very significant increase(P <0.01);(2) Men’s Freestyle Wrestling maximal oxygen uptake by 8 weeks Altitude Training was a significant increase(P <0.01),the average increase of 10.3%;(3) Men’s Freestyle Wrestling maximum voluntary ventilation,non-significant increase(P> 0.05);(4) Non-vital capacity Freestyle Wrestlers significantly increased(P> 0.05),(5) Back to the plains around,the hemoglobin level was significantly decreased(P <0.05).
