从现代篮球裁判员必须具备的基本素质出发，分析了高校篮球专项学生在职业道德、篮球技战术、规则和裁判法的理论知识等方面的优势，提出在提高临场裁判实践能力、身体素质和英语口语能力方面如何充分发挥这种优势，为我国的篮球裁判员队伍输送更为优秀的后备人才，指出高校应成为培养高水平篮球裁判员的基地。

Investigation and Research to the Training Superiority of the Judgement Ability for the Students in Sports Colleges of Our Country, Who Take Basketball Item as Specialty

Proceeding from the basic quality necessarily possessed for training an excellent modern basketball referee and analyzing the students in colleges and universities, who take basketball item as specialty in the aspects of training professional morality, mastering basketball technology, regulations and theoretical knowledge on judgment law, and the superiority in the aspects of raising practical ability of approach judgment, physical quality and raising English study level as well as how to give full play to the superiority and to supply more excellent basketball referees for the basketball judgment of our country. Besides, it pointed out that the colleges and universities are the cradles of training high-quality basketball referees and are the bases of echelon construction of basketball referees.
