| 摘 要： | 击剑运动是1项对抗性强，竞争激烈的格斗项目，这无疑对击剑运动员提出了更高的要求。他们除了必须具备熟练过硬的技战术，还需要拥有敏锐的观察力和善于捕捉时机的能力。培养在比赛中寻找和捕捉有利时机的意识和感觉，需要通过平时的训练，对运动员大脑的分析、推理、判断和逻辑思维进行必要的锻炼。

| Abstract: | Fencing is such a sharply antagonistic and competitive duelling that it will undoubtedly set a higher demand on the fencers. Besides perfect mastery of proficient skills and tactics, they must have keen insight and be able to catch the best time. How to find and catch the best opportunity requires tempering their abilities of analysis, reasoning, judgment and logical thinking in their daily training drills. |
