| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查等方法对我国各主要省会城市大型商业健身俱乐部的私人教练进行调查研究,在明晰私人教练定义及角色的基础上,归纳总结其相应的职业特征,旨在为我国健身行业健康有序的发展及有意从事私教工作的人员提供参考。结果表明:私人教练职业除具备明显的商业化和个性化服务特征外,在岗位要求、语言交流、职业认证、等级评定、薪资水平、心理素质等方面也都有其显著特点。

| Abstract: | The literature,surveys and other methods of China＇s major capital cities of large commercial health club personal trainers conduct research,and the clear definition of the role of personal trainer based on the summarized occupational characteristics corresponding to the country healthy and orderly development of the fitness industry and interested in personal training staff to provide reference.The results showed that： In addition to having a personal trainer career obvious commercialization and personalized service characteristics,in the job,language exchange,professional certification,rating,salary levels,psychological and other aspects also has its own distinctive feature. |
